OUR FACILITY'S

Essel's first factory, the Zonguldak Çaycuma factory, which has a closed area of 9,000 m² on a 67,000 m² land and whose machinery was installed by the Italian company Celli (2005), produces 82 tons per day and 30,000 tons per year.

Aiming for sustainability with an environmentalist approach, Essel has established a recycling facility (recycled paper) in 2019 and a purification facility with a closed area of 2,000 m² in 2021 at the Zonguldak Çaycuma factory, which supports zero waste production.

With these developments, Çaycuma factory has become capable of producing both 100% cellulose, 100% recycle and mixed products. The converting line with a closed area of 7,000 m² at Çaycuma factory was established in May 2022.

Established in 2015 by the Italian company Recard in Osmaniye OSB, the factory has a closed area of 15,000 m² on 25,000 land and produces 109 tons per day and 40,000 tons per year.

Established in 2021 in Osmaniye OSB on a 45,000 m² land with a closed area of 26,000 m², the factory produces 205/270 tons per day and 75,000/98,550 tons per year with Europe's largest tissue paper machine installed by the Italian company Toscotec.

The converting line at the Osmaniye factory, which was established by the Italian Futura company in January 2022, has a closed area of 23,000 m² on a 26,000 m² land.
